Description

  • Own the client relationship internally and ensure all services align with partnership goals.
  • Manage 100% of client communication and set clear expectations with timely responses during mandatory working hours.
  • Create, launch, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to meet client goals and increase ROI.
  • Monitor PPC spend and budgets closely to maximize profitability.
  • Perform keyword research for new product launches and optimize existing products based on trends.
  • Track competitors and Amazon market trends to recommend the best approach for each client.
  • Analyze past account performance to identify issues early and support future growth strategies.
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly analytics reports focused on main KPIs and client goals.
  • Work in Bulk Sheets and use reports to improve optimization and develop new growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Data Analysts, Brand Managers, and PPC Managers while owning account strategy and delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience as a strategist.
  • Agency experience managing multiple brands simultaneously is mandatory.
  • Proven success managing medium to large budgets with more than $50K spent per month.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon PPC, organic ranking, and listing optimization.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher to communicate comfortably with clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presentations and reporting.
  • Ability to work remotely full time with an immediate start date.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, with 9am–2pm EST as mandatory hours and additional flexible hours.
  • Ability to accommodate different schedules and time zones.
  • Quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video calls.
