Description

  • Own delivery execution across multiple projects or complex project scopes from scope alignment through commissioning readiness.
  • Manage client relationships at the project level and serve as a trusted point of contact for client and internal coordination.
  • Lead coordination of telecommunications, structured cabling, audiovisual, security, acoustics, and wired and wireless network implementation work.
  • Oversee scope, schedule, fee, staffing alignment, and contract clarity across assigned projects.
  • Manage implementation readiness, critical dependencies, rollout planning, integrated testing, and user acceptance readiness.
  • Lead design and implementation coordination reviews and support scope and proposal development for complex integration work.
  • Monitor project risks, margin trends, forecasting accuracy, and billing discipline, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Mentor and develop junior project managers and project coordinators in scope control, documentation, forecasting, and execution discipline.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, client in-person event coordination, and other account continuity activities.
  • Support recruiting, site reviews, executive briefings, lessons learned, and process improvement efforts through Pull Requests and documentation updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of project management experience in an AEC or professional services environment.
  • Experience owning multiple projects or complex project scopes.
  • Preferred experience managing client-facing implementation projects with cross-functional coordination requirements.
  • Proven success with strong scope control, schedule adherence, and financial awareness.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership in multi-disciplinary implementation coordination.
  • Strong command of contract terms and PSA/ASA documentation, including scope control.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology delivery and implementation-phase troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read design documentation and coordinate construction and implementation dependencies.
  • Proficiency with Asana, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, Bluebeam, GitHub, VantagePoint, MS Project, Procore, and Navisworks.
  • PMP certification required; PgMP, PfMP, RCDD, CTS-D, CPP, PSP, and CDT are pluses.
  • Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
