Description

  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities through proactive client relationship development and strategic research.
  • Lead business development efforts and targeted project pursuits across TEECOM’s key markets.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with clients and channel partners to position TEECOM as their preferred technology engineering partner.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to problem-solving, operational alignment, and growth initiatives.
  • Develop annual client relations and sales plans with leadership for target markets and accounts.
  • Gather market intelligence, map client organizations, and identify key decision-makers and vendor relationships.
  • Represent TEECOM at industry events and networking functions to increase visibility and build long-term relationships.
  • Collect competitive intelligence, support proposal and interview strategies, and strengthen win efforts.
  • Provide regular reporting on leads, pipeline, forecasts, and pursuit status using CRM and pursuit systems.
  • Collaborate with Market Intel, Discipline Leads, Team Leads, and Project Delivery teams on messaging, timing, capacity, and active pursuits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Engineering.
  • 15 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience and an established network within the AEC industry, highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of professional services procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, proposals, bidding, and award.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-driven, highly ethical, methodical, tenacious, personable, and comfortable prospecting for new business.
  • Outstanding networking and people skills, both in person and online.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple accounts and pursuits simultaneously, and contribute positively to team culture.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Experience in client relations, consultative selling, or business development within technology, construction, or related industries is implied by the role.
