Description

  • Drive portfolio growth with a focus on accountability, performance, and revenue impact.
  • Build and leverage relationships within the Microsoft channel ecosystem to generate and accelerate co-sell opportunities.
  • Manage inbound leads while proactively hunting for net-new logos in target verticals.
  • Develop and expand relationships within existing accounts to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead consultative discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to identify high-value AI and data use cases.
  • Position the company's Enterprise AI Factory approach to solve client challenges and create business value.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, deliver reliable forecasts, and manage deal velocity.
  • Work closely with the CEO and technical leadership to translate engineering capabilities into customer value.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in technology services, specifically in Data, Analytics, or AI solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft partner channel, co-sell motions, and pipeline generation through ecosystem relationships.
  • Proven experience selling to Data/AI Leaders, Application Owners, or Platform Owners in upper mid-market to large enterprise organizations ($250M to $10B+ revenue).
  • Ability to balance hunting for new logos with farming and growing existing relationships.
  • Strong ability to identify client pain points and position solutions around measurable business outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed to close deals and build relationships.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharma/life sciences, legal, or professional services is preferred.
