Description

  • Answer and track incoming calls.
  • Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systems.
  • Train and onboard new customer service representatives.
  • Conduct database and open-source research.
  • Route and escalate calls appropriately.
  • Review, analyze, and document sensitive information with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support fast-paced, high-volume client operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of call center experience.
  • Associate’s degree.
  • Proven ability to multitask while communicating and entering data simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience handling sensitive information.
  • Must reside within Orlando, FL or nearby cities.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
