Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate assistance in Greek via chats and email.
  • Handle customer complaints and investigate and resolve issues effectively to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure professional and courteous communication to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
  • Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Submit CV in English.
  • Availability for a full-time, long-term permanent position (this is not an internship).
