Description

  • Support Level 1 IT and HR helpdesk inquiries by troubleshooting basic issues and resolving day-to-day queries.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for routine support operations across in-scope verticals.
  • Manage employee records in the proprietary platform, including creating, updating, and maintaining personal and HR data.
  • Process HR-related forms and transactions such as new hires, changes of status, benefits, and terminations.
  • Administer benefits on behalf of customers and professionals.
  • Communicate with customers and professionals by email, phone, and other channels to explain and resolve concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including IT, Finance, Payroll, Billing, Customer Success, and Sales Support.
  • Work with external partners such as insurance vendors, local service providers, pension providers, and local payroll providers.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing data related to absences, bonuses, and leave.
  • Perform audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Maintain electronic personnel files and support policy reviews, renewals, and compliance activities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts, including updating SOPs and supporting company-wide initiatives and investigations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience, including 2-4 years in global shared services supporting APAC, EMEA, and the US.
  • At least 2 years of global HR shared service experience preferred, with a key focus on IT helpdesk support.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Experience with Zoho IT Helpdesk is preferred.
  • Experience handling real-time chatbot interactions with quick response times.
  • Strong knowledge of HR procedures, policies, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, Zoho, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar HRMS tools.
  • Ability to work Wednesday through Sunday night shift, including potential weekend support.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and in international teams across cultures and locations.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage SLAs and KPIs and route issues appropriately.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
