Description

  • Answer and track incoming calls in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Review, analyze, and document sensitive information accurately and confidentially.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports in government systems.
  • Train and onboard new customer service representatives.
  • Conduct database research and open-source research as needed.
  • Route and escalate calls appropriately.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Support client operations with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a call center.
  • Associate degree, or additional work experience in place of the degree.
  • Proven ability to multitask while communicating and entering data simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience handling sensitive information.
  • Must reside within Norfolk, VA or nearby cities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to service excellence.
