Description

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chats from patients.
  • Transfer calls or take messages as needed.
  • Register new patients in the electronic medical record.
  • Schedule new patient consultations and ensure questionnaires are completed before visits.
  • Email new patient welcome packets after registration.
  • Provide accurate information in response to patient questions and concerns.
  • Maintain patient records and protect patient confidentiality.
  • Support providers and internal teams to ensure smooth patient registration.
  • Help patients feel welcomed, informed, and supported from the first interaction.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a hospitality, retail, or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience working in a full-time non-exempt remote position is preferred.
  • Availability to work both EST and PST hours may be required.
  • Must reside in one of these states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, TX, VA, or WA.
  • Someone who finds purpose in helping others and values meaningful work.
