Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles from sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain candidate networks through proactive relationship management.
  • Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking events, and other sourcing channels.
  • Write job descriptions and post openings on job boards, professional networks, and internal systems.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, team culture, and hiring goals.
  • Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, SLAs, and pipeline activity.
  • Promote the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities as a brand ambassador.
  • Support special projects such as career fairs, diversity hiring initiatives, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of full-cycle, in-house corporate recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Experience using an ATS such as Greenhouse to manage candidate pipelines and workflows.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with an active presence on LinkedIn.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and standards.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized while managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High ownership, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay resilient when facing setbacks or difficult outcomes.
  • Genuine interest in learning about TechnologyAdvice and supporting the hiring team.
  • Proactive, agile mindset with the ability to meet goals and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Experience recruiting B2B sales professionals is preferred.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; employer visa sponsorship is not provided.
