Description

  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients and build strong, responsive partnerships.
  • Own a portfolio of accounts and take responsibility for account health and client satisfaction.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize client programs in Salesforce.
  • Troubleshoot program or system issues as they arise and keep account information accurate.
  • Analyze campaign performance and client feedback to produce actionable recommendations.
  • Lead client onboarding and present Campaign Reviews with business-level insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and technology teams to refine processes and solve problems.
  • Anticipate client needs, identify risks early, and address issues before they escalate.
  • Act as the connector between clients and internal teams to align priorities and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States at hire in an employer-approved U.S. state and maintain work authorization throughout employment; no visa sponsorship is provided.
  • Strong communication skills across email, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for managing data, building reports, and checking accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while giving each client personal attention.
  • Comfort with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and a commitment to keeping data accurate and current.
  • Interest in B2B demand generation campaigns and campaign performance analysis.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a sharp eye for quality and accuracy.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and willingness to suggest improvements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and pivot strategies as needed.
  • Pre-employment screening is required.
