Description

  • Support the APAC Client Solutions team and senior colleagues on client engagements day to day.
  • Partner with senior team members to understand client needs and deliver high-quality service.
  • Engage Council Members to assess their capabilities and match them to client requests.
  • Recruit senior executives and leading consultants into GLG Council membership.
  • Navigate compliance requirements and operational procedures across different clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals and metrics across multiple high-priority projects.
  • Own accountability for client projects and the overall client experience.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders in written and verbal formats.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English required.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in client-facing, account management, or analyst roles.
  • Experience in relevant industries such as banking, business services, market research, consultancies, or financial services.
  • Passion for client service, especially in phone-based professional communication.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment and attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
