Description

  • Execute daily outbound prospecting across defined target lists using phone, email, and sequencing tools.
  • Initiate first conversations with prospects and convert interest into scheduled meetings for Account Executives.
  • Build and maintain consistent top-of-funnel coverage across assigned prospect segments.
  • Follow prospecting cadences, sequencing standards, and activity expectations with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the outbound sales team.
  • Partner with Account Executives on target accounts, messaging feedback, and meeting quality alignment.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in Salesforce or HubSpot throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with teammates by sharing insights, strategies, and best practices to improve team performance.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to perform high-volume outbound work.
  • Some familiarity with prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline creation.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Exposure to CRM and sales engagement tools, particularly Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn and improve.
  • Comfort with rejection and resilience in a high-volume sales role.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $57,000 to $65,000 USD for Zone 1 (National Average).
