Description

  • Drive growth across two businesses by executing and measuring digital marketing initiatives for an e-commerce client and a creative agency.
  • Optimize e-commerce website conversion through mobile-first CRO audits, page improvements, trust and UX enhancements, and speed optimizations where practical.
  • Plan and implement e-commerce SEO improvements, including technical fixes, on-page optimization, schema, and content support for high-intent pages.
  • Build and manage lifecycle automation flows such as abandoned cart, browse abandonment, checkout abandonment, post-purchase, review request, and winback campaigns.
  • Create fast, conversion-focused landing pages using reusable templates and ensure they are tracking-ready.
  • Clarify the creative agency’s positioning, offer architecture, service pages, and conversion paths such as lead magnets and booking flows.
  • Develop a repeatable inbound content engine for the agency using weekly themes, short-form content, pillar pieces, and lead magnets.
  • Set up and maintain email nurture sequences and warm outreach to generate and track inbound leads for the agency.
  • Produce weekly shipping updates, monthly KPI reports, and performance snapshots against baseline.
  • Complete the first 14 days’ deliverables, including audits, quick wins, roadmaps, and foundational marketing assets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience implementing e-commerce CRO and automation, not just providing recommendations.
  • Strong SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO and on-page optimization.
  • Ability to build landing pages quickly and track their performance.
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing flows such as abandoned cart and post-purchase automations.
  • Ability to work across both e-commerce and agency-style lead generation contexts.
  • Experience creating lead magnets, email nurture sequences, or similar conversion funnels (preferred).
  • Ability to produce regular performance reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Creative and data-driven mindset with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
