Description

  • Identify client challenges and opportunities that technology can address.
  • Collaborate with creative software designers and Creative Directors on problems, wireframes, and user journeys.
  • Build polished, demonstrable prototypes, typically within focused one-week development cycles.
  • Integrate AI agents, LLMs, models, and MCP services where they create client value.
  • Develop rapid front-end experiences, lightweight back-end services, and APIs.
  • Deploy prototypes using AWS services and prepare them for client demonstrations.
  • Present technical solutions clearly and compellingly to non-technical audiences.
  • Research emerging AI tools, models, and techniques and guide their practical application.
  • Work autonomously while managing research, delivery, and documentation of solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience building software or prototypes with AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
  • At least 5 years of experience building web applications and websites with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and ES6+.
  • At least 2 years of experience with backend technologies such as Node, Java, or Python.
  • At least 1 year of experience configuring AWS hosting services, including S3, CloudFront, ECS, or Lambda.
  • Experience building front-end prototypes and lightweight backend services or APIs.
  • Working knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows, prompt design, and MCP services.
  • Working knowledge of DynamoDB and vector databases such as Elasticsearch or OpenSearch.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and presenting to clients or non-technical audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, curiosity, inventiveness, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Terraform for AWS deployments is desirable.
