Description

  • Manage daily and weekly performance for a team of four closers through call scoring, coaching sessions, and pipeline reviews.
  • Personally close inbound high-ticket leads for the $40K coaching program while the team grows.
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards, rep scorecards, and accountability processes in Go High Level (GHL).
  • Create and refine scripts, objection handling, and follow-up sequences for both high-ticket and mid-ticket offers.
  • Identify gaps in the current sales structure and recommend solutions to improve performance.
  • Provide structured feedback to marketing on lead quality, ad performance, and webinar friction.
  • Support the transition from a lean team to a larger sales organization as the team scales toward 10–12 people.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing high-ticket sales teams, including both appointment setters and closers.
  • A personal track record of closing $20K+ offers over the phone.
  • Experience in coaching, consulting, online education, or information products is strongly required.
  • Experience managing teams selling across multiple price points or product tiers simultaneously.
  • CRM fluency, with Go High Level (GHL) experience as a strong plus.
  • Ability to drive performance while protecting team culture and maintaining high standards.
  • Strong character and comfort working under pressure in an environment that disqualifies wrong-fit clients rather than overselling them.
  • Open to starting remote, with a future preference for being co-located in San Antonio, TX and willingness to relocate in 6–12 months advantageous.

  • Base salary of $100K with total earnings potential of $200K–$300K OTE.
