Description

  • Act as the operating layer between the founders and competing priorities, protecting their time and anticipating needs.
  • Proactively manage both founders' calendars, resolve conflicts, and prevent scheduling issues before they arise.
  • Triage, prioritize, and respond to high-volume inboxes with investor-grade precision.
  • Coordinate complex, multi-leg travel logistics for multiple executives to ensure seamless trips.
  • Prepare meeting materials including agendas and briefing packets, and track action items to closure.
  • Draft and send investor and stakeholder communications on behalf of leadership.
  • Drive cross-functional follow-through to ensure tasks and projects do not fall through the cracks.
  • Build, maintain, and tighten systems and tools (Google Workspace, CRM, task platforms) to support executive operations.
  • Make autonomous decisions on behalf of the founders when appropriate and escalate when needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously.
  • Expert-level Google Workspace proficiency (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).
  • Proven experience coordinating complex, multi-leg executive travel.
  • Exceptional written communication; ability to write at an executive level and draft correspondence on behalf of leaders.
  • U.S.-based; Pacific or Central time zone strongly preferred.
  • Compensation expectations aligned with $85,000–$95,000 base (roles requiring >$95,000 are not a fit).
  • Prior backgrounds that translate well: Chief of Staff, Senior Executive Business Partner, Founder Support, or Operations Lead.
  • Preferred: experience in real estate, multifamily, or private equity.
  • Preferred: familiarity with EOS (L10s, rocks, scorecards).
  • Preferred: active use of AI tools to increase productivity.
