Description

  • Optimize agent recruiting systems and hold the recruiting team accountable to key performance indicators.
  • Protect and improve agent retention across an independent contractor network.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute new revenue levers to drive organizational growth.
  • Run the weekly L10 meeting cadence and maintain accountability to rocks and KPIs.
  • Make day-to-day operational decisions independently and improve or build business processes as needed.
  • Oversee P&L management, accounts receivable/accounts payable, budget accountability, and financial discipline.
  • Build systems, communication rhythms, events, and engagement strategies that strengthen culture and loyalty.
  • Manage and align multiple departments and remote staff to ensure organizational execution.
  • Support the CEO’s transition into a Visionary role by taking ownership of day-to-day operational oversight.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 5–7+ years in a senior operations or second-in-command role such as COO, Director of Operations, VP Operations, or equivalent Integrator seat.
  • Proven, quantified track record of scaling a business, division, or multi-location operation with measurable results.
  • Direct experience owning P&L and managing organizational finances.
  • Experience leading multiple departments and holding senior leaders accountable to KPIs.
  • Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or a similar operating framework, with the ability to ramp up quickly.
  • Ability to lead with accountability while maintaining trust and respect in an independent contractor environment.
  • Experience leading remote or distributed teams.
  • Must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with equivalent operational leadership experience.
  • Background in real estate brokerage, franchise operations, or multi-location service businesses preferred.
  • Experience navigating company consolidation, acquisition, or major structural transition preferred.
  • Track record of building ancillary revenue streams or bolt-on services preferred.
  • Experience scaling a company through a plateau preferred.
  • Familiarity with high-volume transaction environments of 4,000+ transactions annually preferred.

  • Base salary of $150,000.
