Description

  • Own the division’s nationwide real estate portfolio across office, R&D lab, test site, initial production, and full-rate production facilities.
  • Manage short-term and long-term space allocation across multiple Frontier Systems teams for office and prototyping lab needs.
  • Translate engineering and production needs into facility requirements for new builds, retrofits, and test sites.
  • Collaborate with industrial engineering, production, and test teams to shape facility design and infrastructure needs.
  • Work with the corporate real estate team on construction projects to keep scope, schedule, and budget on track.
  • Lead the launch of new facilities across Engineering, Production, Real Estate, and IT to support efficient move-ins.
  • Own the multi-year forecast of real estate needs and determine timing and location of long-term investments.
  • Manage the financial impact of the real estate portfolio on the AFS division P&L.
  • Execute special projects across finance, real estate, and facilities as needed.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience managing a real estate portfolio or working in a manufacturing environment at a high-growth technology company or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Experience solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a low-ego, outcome-oriented approach and high humility.
  • Proven project management experience delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget.
  • Prior experience designing and/or setting up new production lines or factories, from process mapping through infrastructure design and workstation design.
  • Ability to read technical documentation such as facility drawings.
  • High proficiency in Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
