Description

  • Run ongoing customer interviews, feedback programs, and voice-of-customer research to surface needs, blockers, and value moments.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative customer insights into themes that inform Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Establish repeatable processes for capturing and sharing customer insight across the organization.
  • Design and own adoption plays and lifecycle programs that increase customer value over time.
  • Identify customer journey moments where targeted marketing can improve engagement, retention, or expansion.
  • Partner with Product and Customer Success to align on adoption goals and support plans.
  • Turn customer insight into case studies, narratives, and proof points for prospects and customers.
  • Ensure customer language and real-world use cases shape product positioning and messaging.
  • Lead initiatives end-to-end with high autonomy in an evolving mandate.
  • Contribute to Marketing standards, frameworks, and best practices across the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, or a closely related role in SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience running customer interviews and qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Experience designing and executing product adoption plays or lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Strong ability to synthesize raw customer feedback into clear insights and action.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with curiosity and empathy.
  • Experience in the creator economy, B2B SaaS, or commerce platforms is a strong plus.
  • Fluent English.
  • Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity without formal authority.
