Description

  • Own the planning, implementation, and service levels for the APAC contracts management team.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for contract management issues.
  • Manage, coach, mentor, and develop direct reports and regional team members.
  • Lead recruitment, training, skills development, and supervision for the regional team.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, and Lifecycle stakeholders to improve processes and integrations.
  • Improve and optimize workflows, tools, standard operating procedures, and service delivery.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and scale.
  • Champion Remote’s values and the Lifecycle team’s goals internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR Operations across multiple APAC countries.
  • Deep knowledge of contracts management and local labor law/compliance.
  • Track record of scaling or managing HR Operations across diverse APAC markets.
  • Hands-on people management experience with a coaching mindset.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment.
  • Comfort working in a service-level environment with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using a variety of digital tools.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Startup and remote working experience is a plus.
  • Experience working remotely is considered a plus.
  • Ability to safely manage employee data and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
