Description

  • Review current and upcoming client engagements and identify opportunities that align with candidate backgrounds and goals.
  • Build strategic client relationships and support revenue growth across customer experience outsourcing engagements.
  • Lead enterprise sales, business development, strategic account, and client partnership efforts for client organizations.
  • Pursue new business and support new logo acquisition across enterprise accounts.
  • Represent candidates for confidential opportunities before roles are publicly announced.
  • Conduct introductory conversations with qualified candidates to discuss experience, achievements, and career interests.
  • Maintain candidate profiles for ongoing consideration as new opportunities become available.
  • Match professionals to roles based on experience, leadership requirements, geographic preferences, and compensation expectations.

Requirements

  • Recent sales experience working directly for a Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization is required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Experience selling one or more CX or outsourcing solutions, such as customer care, customer support, contact center services, digital customer experience, technical support, back office services, revenue generation, collections and recovery, trust and safety, AI-enabled customer experience, business process outsourcing, business services, digital transformation, or managed services.
  • Experience selling complex outsourcing solutions into enterprise organizations is highly valued.
  • Experience in enterprise sales, business development, new logo acquisition, hunter sales, strategic accounts, client partnerships, or sales leadership is highly valued.
  • Experience with revenue growth, account management, customer success, client services, revenue operations, go-to-market strategy, consultative selling, solution selling, executive sales, sales operations, revenue enablement, pipeline development, or channel partnerships is frequently recruited for.
  • Experience with CX and contact center technologies such as CCaaS, CRM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Genesys, NICE CXone, Five9, Amazon Connect, Talkdesk, Verint, or Calabrio is highly valued.
  • Experience in one or more of the listed industry verticals, including healthcare, BFSI, insurance, retail, e-commerce, travel and hospitality, telecommunications, technology, utilities, gaming, government, or manufacturing, is highly valued.
