Description

  • Develop and execute the global revenue strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive net-new logo acquisition, revenue expansion, and long-term client growth.
  • Set revenue targets and ensure attainment across sales and client success teams.
  • Identify new markets, industries, and service offerings to accelerate growth.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing enterprise sales organization.
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, pipeline development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Implement sales methodologies and performance metrics to improve pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.
  • Lead large, complex enterprise deal strategies with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Partner with delivery and operations teams to improve client satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.
  • Align sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success under one revenue strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing on demand generation, brand positioning, pricing, value propositions, and competitive positioning.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop sales and revenue teams.
  • Establish revenue operations processes for forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales and revenue leadership roles.
  • Proven success leading large revenue organizations and scaling revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to close large, complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling services, outsourcing, technology, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Deep understanding of global delivery models, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore.
  • Strong executive presence with experience selling to C-suite decision makers.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams in high-growth environments.
  • Background in BPO, CX services, digital transformation, SaaS, or technology-enabled services.
  • Experience driving revenue growth in global or multi-region organizations.
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex, competitive markets.
