Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications.
  • Build and enhance microservices architectures using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
  • Integrate AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities into applications using OpenAI, Azure AI services, or LLM APIs.
  • Develop intelligent features such as chatbots, recommendation engines, or automation workflows.
  • Deploy and manage applications in Azure Cloud environments.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers or small teams.
  • Participate in code reviews and help enforce coding, security, and performance best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications and AI integrations.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Java development.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, or Azure DevOps.
  • Practical experience integrating AI/ML solutions, such as REST-based AI APIs, LLMs, or Azure AI services.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Proven experience mentoring, managing, or leading a small team, module, or project.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
  • Preferred experience with Generative AI use cases such as chatbots, summarization, or RAG pipelines.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks or tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain.
  • Experience with vector databases or semantic search technologies.
  • Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Azure certifications are a plus.
