Description

  • Set the technical direction of the venture and lead execution as a true co-founder, not a hired CTO.
  • Write the first production code and establish the architecture, data model, engineering culture, and security posture.
  • Build the browser extension, endpoint agent, 15-minute refresh pipeline, and zero-content-retention design.
  • Ship the discovery layer with design partners and deliver the U×P×V framework with GitHub/Jira correlation.
  • Release GA v1 with governance controls aligned to EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and NIST AI RMF.
  • Ship the governed AI access hub and a vertical specialization within 18 months.
  • Represent the company to CIOs, Chief AI Officers, CFOs, security teams, and investors.
  • Lead SOC 2 Type II readiness and ensure the platform meets audit, tenant isolation, and data residency requirements.
  • Recruit and lead the founding engineering and applied AI team.
  • Establish the cultural foundation of the company and partner on product, technology, hiring, fundraising, and strategy decisions.

Requirements

  • Prior founder, founding engineer, or early-stage technical leadership experience.
  • Experience shipping data-intensive, multi-tenant SaaS into enterprise production.
  • Experience selling to or building for enterprise buyers including CIOs, CFOs, and CISOs.
  • Full-stack confidence across browser extensions and endpoint agents.
  • Experience with high-throughput event ingestion and real-time analytics.
  • Experience with applied LLMs and secure multi-tenant SaaS, including SOC 2, tenant isolation, audit logging, and data residency.
  • Well-formed convictions about telemetry design and privacy-preserving instrumentation from production experience.
  • Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company and operating as a principal.
  • Preferred: background in enterprise observability, FinOps, security analytics, or governance/GRC.
  • Preferred: experience shipping browser extensions or endpoint agents at enterprise scale, applied LLM evaluation experience, and familiarity with EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and NIST AI RMF.
