Description

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop, drive, and project manage 360° marketing programs for new launches and core products.
  • Lead the ideation, execution, and coordination of integrated launch plans across cross-functional teams and Sephora retail partners.
  • Develop and refine brand and product messaging to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints and markets.
  • Localize marketing copy and education materials for international markets.
  • Create clear creative briefs for content, trade, and social teams and provide feedback and strategic direction on asset development.
  • Oversee the understanding, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital, social, and retail media channels.
  • Support international retail, PR, influencer, education, and event initiatives.
  • Secure and optimize marketing support across Sephora channels, including media, CRM, social, in-store, and digital.
  • Support the development and activation of CRM strategies with Sephora focused on recruitment, retention, and engagement.
  • Manage international marketing calendars, timelines, deliverables, and reporting, while analyzing sales data, trends, product reviews, and competitive research.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, or consumer goods.
  • Proven experience managing international markets and go-to-market processes.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, performance marketing, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience working closely with retail marketing teams, ideally Sephora.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for analysis, tracking, and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for clear, executive-ready presentations.
  • Ability to balance global strategy with local market needs while managing multiple markets simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
