Description

  • Drive value for federal, state, and local government customers by aligning Tanium capabilities to customer outcomes.
  • Partner across internal teams to support full platform adoption, expansion opportunities, and renewal risk management.
  • Build and maintain executive and administrative relationships within customer organizations.
  • Guide implementation, adoption, and utilization across large, decentralized, hybrid customer environments.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews and develop long-term Customer Success Plans.
  • Collaborate with Global Support, Escalation, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve customer needs and shape solutions.
  • Advocate for customers by sharing feedback, use cases, and requirements with internal teams.
  • Conduct proactive health checks, create improvement plans when needed, and deliver product training and technical best practices.
  • Manage customer plans, value artifacts, action and risk tracking, enhancement tracking, and updates in Salesforce and/or Gainsight.

Requirements

  • Must hold NV1 security clearance or higher.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • More than 6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Renewals, or Service Management/Professional Services.
  • Experience working with Australian Federal Government agencies and personnel.
  • Consulting and project management experience with a track record of building strategic customer relationships.
  • Working knowledge of endpoint technology and CIO-level business outcomes.
  • Tanium Certified Operator is nice to have.
  • Technical background is nice to have.
  • Highly organized self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong communicator and intuitive listener who is professional, insightful, and values-driven.
  • Willingness to learn technology foundations and become a technical advisor on the Tanium platform.
  • Travel required at 40-50% within the regional territory.
  • Ability to work onsite or at customer locations as needed, particularly in Canberra, ACT.
