Description

  • Support sales leadership and partners to accelerate planning, customer prospecting, and new customer and ARR growth.
  • Align with sales regions to drive regional sales engagements across partner types and pathways.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for sales leadership within the region.
  • Work with partners to build and execute joint business plans and territory account mapping plans.
  • Educate Tanium sales teams on partner value propositions and coach them on working effectively with partners.
  • Create partner go-to-market strategies for sales leaders within the region.
  • Align strategic partners to top prospects and accounts to support large deal creation.
  • Own and execute territory plans, account mapping exercises, and partner services alignment.
  • Recruit, enable, and align sales and technical teams with partners to support regional and area sales targets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a regional or national partner sales role in the IT Operations and/or IT Security industry.
  • Experience creating a geographic partner business or national/global partnership.
  • Experience as a quota-carrying seller or business development professional, strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in sales with demonstrated knowledge of the sales process.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to operate independently while managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical, business development, sales, and executive stakeholders.
  • Proactive, hands-on problem-solving style with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to enthusiastically evangelize the Tanium message to strategic partners and their customers.
  • Desire to own all parts of the partner lifecycle, starting with profiling and recruitment.
