Description

  • Own and prioritize the product roadmap based on business impact, operator needs, provider opportunities, and technical constraints.
  • Drive product discovery, requirements gathering, and delivery from idea through production and post-launch evaluation.
  • Lead development of aggregator features, including game catalog improvements, bonus mechanics, gamification, and player engagement initiatives.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with business goals.
  • Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs and dashboards to measure performance and business impact.
  • Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor solutions to identify new opportunities and improvements.
  • Collaborate with Development, CRM, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and external providers to deliver product initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders to align on priorities, expectations, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Support product experimentation, hypothesis validation, and continuous product improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital products.
  • Proven experience launching products or major product features from concept to live production.
  • Experience owning the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to release and post-launch optimization.
  • Experience in iGaming, Casino, Aggregator, or other high-load B2B/B2C digital products.
  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong backlog management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience defining product metrics and making data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives independently.
  • Russian at C1 level and English at C1 level.
  • Experience working with casino platforms, game aggregators, or provider integrations (nice to have).
  • Understanding of bonus mechanics, gamification systems, and player retention strategies (nice to have).
  • Experience with A/B testing and product analytics tools (nice to have).
  • Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows (nice to have).
  • Experience working with high-load systems (nice to have).
