Description

  • Act as the liaison between the client’s business organization and software delivery teams.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to guide business solution development and implementation.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Translate business needs into functional design specifications, user stories, use cases, and business process flows.
  • Manage and prioritize requirements with product management and cross-functional teams.
  • Work with business and technical teams to groom and prioritize work and support high-quality delivery.
  • Define business dependencies and document integration details across platforms.
  • Analyze complex business processes and identify automation and reengineering opportunities.
  • Perform data mapping and define integration requirements between platforms.
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan tasks, resources, timelines, and track risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions.
  • Document feature sets, support QA validation, and lead User Acceptance Testing sessions.
  • Support operations handoff for launched features and participate in status and leadership meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a relevant role.
  • Experience with web and mobile platforms and APIs.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Experience creating mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Experience leading and facilitating requirement meetings during business requirement gathering sessions or design discussions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated project management skills (preferred).
  • Hands-on quality assurance background with full-cycle testing and requirements traceability experience (preferred).
  • Scrum training and/or certifications preferred; CBAP or PMI-PBA certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Business Process Management solutions such as Macess (BPM) is nice to have.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Excel, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, listening, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong understanding of data imports, database systems, and data retrieval methodologies.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Self-starter mindset with openness to change and continuous learning.
