Description

  • Retrieve open issues, blockers, and escalations from Project Managers and translate them into product-relevant language for Product Owners.
  • Track the resolution of translated issues and close the loop with Project Management after action is taken.
  • Identify systemic issues and bring recommendations to the Group Product Manager.
  • Support Project Managers by surfacing development-side issues and project risks before they materialize.
  • Flag risks in clear, actionable language and include recommendations for next steps.
  • Escalate risks that require Product Owner visibility before work proceeds.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Clients to facilitate issue resolution.
  • Track recurring risk patterns and contribute to process improvements that reduce them.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or equivalent in a B2B environment.
  • Experience producing project documentation and working directly with development teams.
  • Experience operating across both Product and Project Management contexts.
  • Strong estimation discipline, including understanding order-of-magnitude versus committed estimates.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build consensus among mixed business and technical audiences.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and bringing clarity to unclear scope.
  • Ability to identify risks and frame them in a way that drives action.
  • Fluency in Jira and Confluence.
  • Active use of modern AI tooling in your workflow.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with utility Customer Information Systems (CIS), utility billing, meter-to-cash, customer self-service portals, or mobile field tools.
  • Preferred: experience supporting Project Managers by producing artifacts, surfacing risks, and communicating with product and project teams.
