Description

  • Administer Debian servers and virtual machines, including bare-metal and virtualization environments.
  • Configure load balancers, DDoS protection, DNS, routing, and network infrastructure to ensure high availability.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Ansible, AWX, and Terraform.
  • Set up and manage monitoring, alerting, and log analysis systems to troubleshoot production issues.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize Docker and Kubernetes environments, including Helm charts and cluster integrations.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and integrate them with deployment workflows.
  • Configure and optimize high-availability systems for Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and ClickHouse.
  • Develop automation scripts using Python or Golang.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to support DevOps practices and process improvements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and continuous infrastructure optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar DevOps role.
  • Strong knowledge of server hardware and bare-metal hosting.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for production servers running Debian/Ubuntu.
  • Hands-on experience with QEMU KVM, libvirtd, and Proxmox VE.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, L2/L3 networks, routing, IPTables, and VPN.
  • Experience configuring and managing Nginx.
  • Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes, including Helm chart development.
  • Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
  • CI/CD experience with GitLab CI, ArgoCD, and Flux.
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, MongoDB, ClickHouse, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
  • Monitoring experience with Zabbix, Prometheus, Victoria Metrics, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.
  • Experience with AWS or GCP is preferred.
  • Programming skills in Python or Golang are preferred.
