Description

  • Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies for assigned African countries.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with casino operators, aggregators, and other strategic partners.
  • Drive new business development with online casinos and gaming platforms to increase adoption of games.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and market share targets across the region.
  • Analyze market data to optimize game performance, player engagement, pricing, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with commercial teams to ensure competitive pricing, promotions, and commercial execution.
  • Ensure compliance by staying updated on regulatory changes, working with the Compliance team, and keeping internal teams informed.
  • Support account management teams to drive game adoption, engagement, and revenue through localized support and customized partner solutions.
  • Provide product and market feedback to the product team on African player preferences, game themes, mechanics, and roadmap priorities.
  • Support marketing and localization efforts (affiliates, influencers, online ads) and deliver regular competitor/market reports and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in market development and expansion within the iGaming or related industry, preferably focused on African markets.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and managing strategic partnerships with casino operators, aggregators, and platform partners.
  • Experience analyzing market data to optimize performance and drive revenue growth in competitive environments.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements relevant to the African iGaming industry, with ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Strong relationship management and account management experience to support partner success and game adoption.
  • Experience coordinating with product and commercial teams to localize offerings and inform product roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and localization skills to support marketing, game launches, and customer engagement tailored to African audiences.
  • Experience producing market/competitor analysis and strategic recommendations, including regular reporting (e.g., quarterly benchmarking).
