Description

  • Develop and evolve brand positioning across products, markets, and target audiences.
  • Build clear, differentiated brand narratives and maintain consistency in messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Translate business and product strategy into scalable communication frameworks and support rebranding initiatives.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify positioning opportunities and strengthen brand presence.
  • Package products and solutions for Sales and BizDev teams with value propositions, product messaging, and sales enablement materials.
  • Create presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, landing pages, and other commercial communication assets.
  • Adapt messaging for different GEOs, audiences, and commercial needs in coordination with Product Owners.
  • Coordinate brand communications across PR, content, social media, campaigns, and events.
  • Develop exhibition concepts and event communication strategies, including pre-event, live-event, and post-event flows.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, BizDev, Leadership, Marketing, designers, agencies, and external partners to align activities with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing, or Communications.
  • Mandatory experience in B2B and iGaming industries.
  • Strong experience packaging B2B products and solutions for sales and commercial teams.
  • Experience building brand positioning, communication frameworks, and commercial narratives.
  • Strong understanding of strategic communications, PR, content, events, and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, BizDev, Leadership, and Marketing teams.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent Russian and English at C1+ level are mandatory.
  • Experience with CRM systems, with Pipedrive as a strong advantage and HubSpot acceptable.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting, analysis, and communication tracking.
  • Experience with competitive analysis, market research, and audience segmentation.
