Description

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for affordability initiatives and new product launches, including audience-first messaging, positioning, and integrated marketing plans.
  • Execute campaigns end to end by developing assets from templates, coordinating with channel partners, and securing Legal approval.
  • Partner with Product, Strategy & Operations, and marketing leads to define priorities, goals, KPIs, and A/B test plans.
  • Run user research to better understand target customers and turn insights into improved messaging, channel strategy, and creative.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign and A/B test performance across channels to identify actionable insights and optimize in-flight work.
  • Manage cross-functional execution across Product, Strategy & Operations, Legal, Creative, CRM, paid social, and affiliate partners.
  • Ground marketing plans in the latest product developments and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Balance strategy and execution across multiple workstreams while keeping deadlines and stakeholders aligned.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of professional experience in product marketing or integrated marketing in a B2C environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience developing go-to-market plans and launching new products, features, or benefits to consumers.
  • Strong creative judgment and comfort with asset creation, including evaluating ads, writing marketing copy, and producing or directing creative work.
  • Experience with Figma or similar design tools is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data, make data-driven decisions, and balance measurement with intuition.
  • SQL is a plus.
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing channels such as CRM, paid social, in-app, and off-platform.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience across marketing, product, operations, legal, and channel teams.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational skills, and comfort operating with speed and rigor in ambiguity.
