Description

  • Support merchant onboarding and activation processes.
  • Collect and transfer required data to providers.
  • Coordinate communication during integration activities.
  • Monitor contract signing and connection statuses.
  • Process incoming client requests and track follow-ups.
  • Track ticket statuses and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Update documentation and internal systems.
  • Assist in preparing expansion proposals.
  • Escalate complex cases to the Account Manager.

Requirements

  • 6–12 months of experience in client support or account management.
  • Basic understanding of payment infrastructure.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Confident user of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Jira, Redmine, or Confluence.
  • Native Russian and English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or iGaming is preferred.
  • Experience with onboarding processes is preferred.
  • Ability to work in structured environments is preferred.
