Description

  • Drive revenue growth by managing strategic accounts and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, account planning, and solution selling.
  • Upsell and cross-sell Redwood solutions to existing clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, goals, challenges, and market context.
  • Position Redwood as a trusted business partner for digital, business, and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and senior executives.
  • Create proposals, negotiate deals, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and reporting dashboard.
  • Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal teams such as pre-sales, delivery, and finance.
  • Identify and manage risks in client engagements and coordinate issue resolution across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively as an individual contributor and team player across a diverse organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in business-to-business and software sales.
  • Proven track record in account management.
  • Strong initiative, business acumen, confidence, and a competitive attitude.
  • Ability to provide solutions and support behavior change in line with business goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex, dynamic requirements and deadlines with minimal disruption to responsibilities.
  • Executive presence and C-level/top-management relationship-building skills.
  • Experience leveraging existing networks to generate strong sales results.
  • Openness to diversity and a strong work ethic.
