Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy backend applications and APIs using TypeScript.
  • Define and manage AWS cloud infrastructure as code with AWS CDK.
  • Develop and deploy serverless functions using AWS Lambda.
  • Design and manage data storage and retrieval with Amazon DynamoDB and other NoSQL databases.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, engineering, and leadership to deliver application requirements.
  • Write clean, documented, and testable code.
  • Participate in code reviews and improve development processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Stay current with AWS technologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in system design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scalability.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript.
  • Experience with AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK).
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon DynamoDB.
  • Experience developing and deploying AWS Lambda functions.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • AWS Associate-level certification or higher preferred.
  • Applicants must not be based in Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, New Mexico, or South Dakota.
