Description

  • Design, build, and own integrations with systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Develop and improve REST and SOAP integrations for complex customer environments.
  • Design synchronization, data mapping, validation, and reconciliation workflows.
  • Implement handling for partial failures, retries, eventual consistency, idempotency, and audit trails.
  • Improve integration performance and reliability through logging, alerting, and root-cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to connect customers and launch integrations.
  • Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and engineering standards.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
  • Strong C# and .NET experience, including backend services and APIs.
  • Professional experience integrating ERP, accounting, or financial systems.
  • Solid knowledge of REST and SOAP, including authentication, error handling, retries, and versioning.
  • Experience with data synchronization, transformation, and reconciliation.
  • Strong SQL Server skills in query design, optimization, and data modeling.
  • Experience with event-driven or message-based architectures.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics integrations preferred.
  • Fintech, payments, accounts payable, fund administration, Azure, SFTP, EDI, Python, multi-tenant SaaS, observability, or AI coding tool experience preferred.
