Description

  • Lead due diligence, master planning, and program-level planning across assigned data center portfolios.
  • Oversee engineering firms and general contractors through design, mobilization, construction, punch list, and turnover.
  • Provide constructability guidance on electrical and mechanical designs and critical infrastructure systems.
  • Monitor progress, risks, constraints, schedules, and milestones; develop recovery strategies when needed.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and lead executive reporting across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate utilities, infrastructure upgrades, multidisciplinary teams, and handoffs to operations.
  • Manage portfolio budgets, cost controls, invoices, change orders, and cost forecasting with Project Controls.
  • Reinforce safety practices and contribute to process improvements, lessons learned, and delivery excellence.
  • Coach and mentor direct reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent data center experience.
  • 4+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience in data center development and/or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of critical infrastructure systems, including switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, fire safety systems, and integrated controls/security infrastructure.
  • Experience providing electrical and mechanical constructability input.
  • Experience with executive-level reporting, budget management, cost control, and schedule recovery.
  • Experience using Procore for invoice review and approval.
  • Substation design experience preferred.
