Description

  • Implement sales plans for an assigned territory and forecast to exceed quota.
  • Manage a high-velocity SaaS sales funnel using inbound and outbound leads.
  • Track and advance opportunities through CRM and supporting sales tools.
  • Collaborate with product, support, and sales engineering to improve the sales cycle.
  • Work with and promote the partner ecosystem.
  • Communicate Sysdig’s value drivers and differentiators to prospects and customers.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and competitors’ offerings.
  • Build and maintain sales relationships with enterprise clients, including executive-level stakeholders.
  • Partner across marketing, customer success, and other internal teams to support pipeline development.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of IT enterprise sales experience, with a focus on security-related deals.
  • Experience selling SaaS security, cloud security, Kubernetes/containers, open source, or APM solutions.
  • A track record of overachieving sales targets.
  • Experience working with multiple pipeline sources, including LDR, SDR, ISR, and channels.
  • Ability to learn new products and processes quickly.
  • Strong team-player mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel to clients when required.
  • Ability to have C-level conversations and bring a C-level network, including CISOs.
  • SaaS sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience hunting new business in greenfield territories is preferred.
  • MEDDPICC experience is preferred.
  • Challenger sales experience is preferred.
