Description

  • Own bookings growth across new and existing accounts in an assigned region.
  • Define and execute sales plans for the territory to meet and exceed quota.
  • Prospect, qualify, manage, and close sales opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of strategic transactions through the sales process.
  • Identify and close growth opportunities across mid-enterprise accounts.
  • Present Rubrik solutions in complex data center design environments.
  • Co-sell and strategize with core field teams, partners, distributors, VARs, and channel partners.
  • Provide market feedback and identify new business opportunities and channel partnerships.
  • Drive daily pipeline generation and execute account strategies to win new logos and expand existing customers.
  • Act as a technical sales specialist and field evangelist for the product.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of field technology sales experience selling IT cloud infrastructure or AWS, Azure, GCP-related security products.
  • Demonstrated success landing net-new logos.
  • Strong track record of performance across many accounts and multiple verticals.
  • Experience working with channel partners.
  • Consistent overachievement of sales goals.
  • Highly driven, goal-oriented, self-starting attitude.
  • Experience selling complex solutions.
  • Ability to understand product value, competitive positioning, objections, and market dynamics.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional sales teams and resellers.
