Description

  • Lead technical pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions, client workshops, and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Manage stakeholders, advise customers, gather requirements, and communicate solution trade-offs to business and technical audiences.
  • Kick off customer projects for custom development services and ensure a smooth transition into delivery.
  • Design architectures for enterprise systems and digital products across iGaming, Aviation, and Healthcare.
  • Contribute to company-wide AI adoption by rolling out AI tools and defining optimization guidelines.
  • Conduct technical interviews for Solution Architect and Tech Lead roles when requested.
  • Develop high-level architectures, assumptions, risk statements, estimation sessions, and client-ready proposals.
  • Strengthen the AI service line by creating new technical solutions, capabilities, and reusable assets that support sales and marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience with at least one of: Python, Java, or Node.js.
  • 3+ years in a solution architecture role within a service or product company.
  • Experience leading and mentoring one or more software development teams.
  • Experience working with Lean/Agile/Scrum and team scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable experience in pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, discovery workshops, and technical proposals.
  • English proficiency at minimum B2 level (CEFR), spoken and written.
  • Strong knowledge of databases, including both RDBMS and NoSQL.
  • Understanding of architectural styles and design patterns, security patterns, computer security, and networking vulnerabilities.
  • Practical experience with high-load systems, cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, microservices, event-driven architecture, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, and hybrid cloud.
  • Knowledge of security posture, data privacy, and data protection in software development.
  • Working knowledge of cloud AI services such as AWS SageMaker/Bedrock, Azure AI Services, or GCP Vertex AI.
  • Understanding of generative AI and LLM landscape, including SaaS vs. self-managed trade-offs and model selection criteria.
  • Knowledge of security in AI solutions, including secure model handling, data anonymization, and compliance considerations.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal customers.
  • Strong communication, presentation, critical thinking, analytical reasoning, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
  • Nice to have: industry experience in iGaming, Aviation, or Healthcare, including relevant regulatory contexts such as gambling licensing, aviation safety standards, HIPAA, or GDPR.
  • Nice to have: experience with agentic AI architecture, including design patterns, frameworks, and orchestration tools such as LangGraph, MCP, or A2A.
  • Nice to have: Cloud provider Architect or Engineer certifications or AI Platform Architect badges, or equivalent vendor credentials.
