Description

  • Design and develop intelligent agents using Python and Autogen (or similar frameworks).
  • Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) into multi-agent workflows in collaboration with AI/ML teams.
  • Develop and maintain cloud-native applications and services on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Create robust APIs and integrate them with external and internal systems.
  • Implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage logic across SQL, NoSQL, columnar, and vector databases.
  • Contribute to agent orchestration logic, tool integrations, and interaction flows for autonomous systems.
  • Support system scalability, performance, and maintainability using clean architecture principles.
  • Work closely with solutions architects, data engineers, and other developers to align implementation with the architecture vision.
  • Write tests, maintain documentation, and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and operability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Python development experience, including asynchronous programming.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM agent frameworks (especially Microsoft Autogen; familiarity with LangChain, CrewAI, LlamaIndex is valued).
  • Experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Strong web development and modern API design experience (e.g., FastAPI, Flask).
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and vector/columnar storage concepts.
  • Understanding of machine learning basics such as inference pipelines, embeddings, and vector stores.
  • Familiarity with containerized development (Docker) and cloud deployment practices.
  • Solid Git workflow experience and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • English proficiency (Intermediate or higher).
  • Nice to have: experience building multi-agent systems or using agent orchestration tools; exposure to RAG and vector search (FAISS, Weaviate); experience with streaming/event-driven architectures or message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kinesis); knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry); experience with DevOps and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm).
