Description

  • Partner with General Managers to translate AI Care capabilities into tailored solution packages for payor audiences.
  • Turn the AI Care story into product packaging, value-based models, and offerings aligned to payor contracting structures and trust fund requirements.
  • Map the payor buying process and create sales playbooks, RFP narrative blocks, pitch tracks, and objection-handling tools.
  • Develop differentiation-focused messaging that communicates population health impact, cost reduction, accessibility, and clinical outcomes.
  • Test and refine positioning across payor channels, pitch meetings, and RFP responses based on market feedback.
  • Own end-to-end production of payor GTM assets, including executive pitch decks, clinical impact summaries, RFP content, and partnership guides.
  • Conceptualize, launch, and manage integrated payor campaigns timed to product drops and planning cycles.
  • Equip the payor commercial team with value propositions, sales plays, and pitch materials to improve win rates and contract values.
  • Work cross-functionally with Demand Gen, Brand, Events, and General Managers on orchestrated GTM initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience.
  • Experience launching new products, crafting narratives, and driving complex GTM activation.
  • Deep experience marketing to healthcare payors, including health plans, public sector or government programs, or labor and trust funds.
  • Understanding of medical management, health plan procurement, and member engagement dynamics.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technology into clear, credible, clinically relevant, and financially persuasive value propositions.
  • Proven bias for action and experience taking campaigns from concept to market launch.
  • Strong cross-functional influence and emotional intelligence for working with General Managers, Product Managers, and Commercial executives.
  • Ability to operate strategically while also getting hands-on with pitch decks and RFP narratives.
  • Active use of modern AI tools to accelerate research, messaging, analysis, and content creation.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is provided.
