Description

  • Sell enterprise AI triage solutions to National Health Services and government health systems across Europe.
  • Own the full sales cycle from stakeholder mapping and procurement frameworks through contract signature on $5M+ ARR deals.
  • Build a $25M+ pipeline from scratch using account-based selling, networks, conferences, events, and thought leadership.
  • Develop and manage relationships across multiple levels of public health systems, including ministries, executives, and procurement teams.
  • Position the cloud-native platform to improve patient flow, reduce ER admissions, and demonstrate clear ROI within government budget constraints.
  • Navigate long public-sector procurement cycles that can span 18+ months.
  • Align internal and external stakeholders around sales strategy and deal progression.

Requirements

  • Technology comfort and understanding of AI triage, AI/ML concepts, or healthcare IT systems, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • A builder’s mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into action in uncharted territory.
  • Start-up experience and comfort iterating offers frequently while pursuing product-market fit.
  • Track record closing technology deals above $5M+ ARR with government customers or public-sector plays.
  • Established government network, ideally within Health Ministries.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK and be based in the UK.
  • Experience selling into public health systems, National Health Services, or government organizations is strongly relevant.
  • Ability to operate in complex stakeholder environments with long sales and procurement cycles.
