Description

  • Own end-to-end marketing strategy and performance for Sword Move with primary KPI of member enrollments.
  • Lead creative strategy and execution, including direction of assets and copy for enrollment and lifecycle campaigns (Email, Direct Mail, SMS, push).
  • Develop and maintain Move’s tone of voice and voice-of-customer to shape the brand narrative.
  • Design, run and iterate A/B tests and conversion optimization across enrollment and lifecycle journeys.
  • Build and scale ROI-positive performance marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, push, retargeting, and digital/offline channels.
  • Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy, including segmentation, personalization, testing, and journey optimization from first touch to long-term engagement.
  • Partner with Commercial and Product teams to support B2B demand generation and employer/health plan client enrollments and cross-functional projects.
  • Establish clear KPIs, operational cadences, reporting and iteration processes to drive scale and performance.
  • Recruit, build and manage a high-performing team of marketers, analysts, designers and growth enablement members (direct and dotted-line reports).

Requirements

  • 10 years of marketing experience with a strong background in growth or performance marketing.
  • Experience in both early-stage (scrappy, experimental) and later-stage (scalable, strategic) environments.
  • Experience in B2C or B2B2C marketing, ideally in healthcare, digital wellness, or consumer tech.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Looker, Google Sheets, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Proven experience building high-impact user journeys and optimizing multi-channel funnels.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop and scale high-performing marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to distill complex ideas into compelling narratives.
  • Bias toward action, creative problem solving, ownership, and comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-changing environments.
