Description

  • Partner with the sales team in an assigned territory to create and execute pipeline growth plans.
  • Drive outbound prospecting through account and contact research.
  • Work with benefit consultants to build awareness and connections within local offices.
  • Qualify inbound leads from email campaigns and website inquiries.
  • Drive attendance to marketing events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales activities and KPIs in the CRM.
  • Help improve and create sales-related processes.
  • Communicate with partners to advance the sales effort.
  • Support the sales team at conferences and in-person meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales development or a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Experience in customer service and relationship-building roles.
  • Experience in the benefits, wellness, healthcare, or SaaS space.
  • Strong curiosity, conversation skills, and active listening abilities.
  • Experience hitting goals through both individual contribution and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated resilience and success in work, sports, arts, hobbies, or other pursuits requiring dedication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, LinkedIn, and Salesforce or other CRMs.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive with limited oversight.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing, hyper-growth environment.
  • Legal right to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
