Description

  • Develop and execute upsell and retention strategies for midsize to large complex transit agencies.
  • Own the upsell pipeline from marketing-qualified lead through close.
  • Build and manage pipeline development strategies across your book of business.
  • Develop and maintain account plans and success plans for key customer accounts.
  • Partner with Marketing to create customer-focused collateral and run campaigns.
  • Prepare business proposals and deliver executive presentations that demonstrate ROI.
  • Lead product demonstrations and trainings for the full Swiftly platform.
  • Work with agency decision-makers to identify budget and procurement paths.
  • Manage competitive and noncompetitive procurement processes, including RFP responses, sole source justifications, and cooperative purchasing agreements.
  • Attend conferences, onsite agency visits, and other events to strengthen relationships and advance deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product to share customer and market feedback.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of quota-carrying SaaS experience in the public sector.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding quota and pipeline expectations.
  • Ability to listen to multiple stakeholders and synthesize relevant information.
  • Persistence and creativity in communicating value to customers.
  • Strong intuition and the ability to thrive with minimal direction.
  • Ability to ideate and execute plans effectively while balancing multiple competing priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Experience working with public transportation, or a strong interest in transportation, mobility, and cities.
  • Candidates must be located in most U.S. locations, Ontario, or British Columbia; visa sponsorship is not available.

  • Competitive salary with on-target earnings of $117,000-$180,000 USD for the U.S. or $169,000-$190,000 CAD for Canada.
