Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new and existing customers as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop detailed implementation plans with timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
  • Provide technical guidance during data migration, system integrations, and platform configuration.
  • Work directly with transit data sources such as GTFS, AVL, and GPS feeds to validate data quality and troubleshoot issues.
  • Conduct live training sessions and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to customers.
  • Drive platform adoption and help customers achieve value quickly during implementation.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment.
  • Conduct thorough testing and data validation to ensure solution accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Technical Support.
  • Identify process improvements and provide feedback to internal teams for product enhancements and future releases.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience as an implementation manager, implementation consultant, project manager, project engineer, or similar role at a SaaS company.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and iterating quickly on new types of projects.
  • Ability to operate independently, take ownership of new processes, and build new team operations.
  • Comfortable with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Independent, resourceful problem-solver with strong technical fluency.
  • Experience parsing GTFS feeds, validating AVL data quality, or troubleshooting integrations is preferred.
  • Active use of AI tools to create repeatable workflows and work more efficiently.
  • Passion for mobility, sustainability, or mission-oriented work with real-world impact.
  • Professional project management certification such as PMP or equivalent is a plus.
  • Ability to travel 4 to 8 times per year.
